Cafe Noriter Cebu is located near Ayala. And noriter which is a korean word simply means playground. As Ive entered at the cafe its ambiance simply says it all.
Since im not a cappuccino lover ordered Java Chip for 180 pesos and all i can say? WOW! It satisfied my taste buds. And ive been wanting for more BUT, BUT it will take you 2 another hours to order again, yeah 2 hours and hows that? Anyway we still got class that time so we decided to go to school and plan for our next visit.
